- The product must not be damaged or show signs of wear.
- Returns are not accepted for:
- Personal care items (e.g., toe pads, silicone inserts, foot care products) for hygiene reasons.
- Items purchased during final sale or marked as non-returnable.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
2. International Orders
- We ship internationally and accept returns from all countries.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, except in cases where:
- The item is defective.
- The wrong item was shipped.
- Please note:
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees paid at the time of delivery are non-refundable.
- International return shipping should be done using a trackable service. We are not responsible for lost packages sent without tracking.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Email help@artdance.biz with:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the item showing the issue.
- We will offer you:
- A full refund.
- Or a free replacement shipped at no extra cost.
6. How to Initiate a Return

- Your order number.
- The reason for the return.
- Wait for our confirmation and instructions, including the return address.
- Ship the item back using a trackable method.
- Share the tracking number with us via email.
7. Important Notes
- We are not responsible for packages lost in transit during returns.
- Please allow up to 14 business days from the date we receive your return to process your refund.
- Refund amounts will exclude:
- Original shipping costs.
- Any customs fees, duties, or taxes.
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item), we will cover all return shipping costs.
